Initiate Your Request
Log into your Wulf Gaming account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
